Can Fixed B and W Companion Hitch for Ram Rail Kit Fit 2022 Ram 2500 with OEM Rail Kit Short Bed

Can fixed hitches fit the OEM rail kit of my 2022 Ram 2500? My trailer has a narrow front so I don't need a slider and my truck has short bed.
