There is nothing listed that states a special ladder rack outside the typical options available is needed for the Carbon Pro bed on the 2021 GMC Sierra 1500. My suggestion is, the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack, # Y01151-58. First the fact that it is adjustable, this is a big selling point for me, from 19" to 30" above truck bed rails. Lowering the height from several inches above the cab for entering under a garage door may not be needed, but it is still a great feature. You can lower when not in use and have less concern when driving under something during daily driving situation.
