For a great hitch to carry e-bikes on your 2021 Kia Sorento, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit # C34ER. Not only is the hitch all-American made, it also provides the most weight capacity of any of our hitches (600 pounds tongue weight/4,000 pounds gross towing weight). As far as the measurement of the center of the hitch pinhole to the outside of your rear bumper, that is only 4 inches. This measurement is important because you do not want your bike rack to interfere with your bumper.
