Correct Reese Goose Box for 2021 Keystone Cougar 29MBS with Rota-Flex Pin Box

Question:

I have a 2021 Keystone Cougar 29MBS, I have ordered a New Truck and would like to convert to the goosebox with the new truck. The trailer has a rotoflex pin box will the goosebox fit and which model do I order. Thanks

Since you have a Trailair Rota-Flex Pin Box like the # LC328329 you more than likely have a Lippert 1621 or 1116 bolt pattern. You will, however, need to identify and verify which pin box you currently have. This can often be found on a sticker on the pin box. If the sticker is worn and you can't read it, or can't find it, you can also use the VIN number which the manufacturer can use to identify it or you can measure the bolt pattern.

If you have a 1621 then you want the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter - Lippert 1621 and 0719 - 20,000 lbs # RP85FR. This is designed to replace the Lippert 1621, 1621HD, and 0719 pin boxes. If you find that you have the 1116, you need the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter - Lippert 1716 - 16,000 lbs # RP94716-61301. This is designed to replace the Lippert 0115, 1116, and 1716 pin boxes.
