Troubleshooting Draw Tite Front Hitch that Seems to Wide to fit 2003 Ford F-150

I just got my Draw-Tite 65025 front hitch for my 2003 Ford F150 4x4 and it is to wide to go up and no hole to mount to

For your 2003 Ford F-150 4x4 the Draw Tite front hitch part # 65025 is a confirmed fit so what I suspect is going on is that your hitch was bent in shipping which unfortunately isn't uncommon. What you can do is bend the hitch back using an open stairwell, vice, or jack and as long as the paint doesn't flake or crease it would be fine.
