Keyed Alike Option for Global Link Ultra E Pro Electronic Lock for Travel Trailer

Question:

I just bought a new 2022 Coachman travel trailer and it came with a Global Lock Ultra M pro lock. It is keyed alike to the other compartment storage locks. I am considering replacing the door lock with a Global Link Ultra E pro electronic lock. My question is what would be involved in having the new Ultra E door lock and the compartment locks still being keyed alike so as to be able to use the same key that came with the trailer for all locks. I am thinking that I would need to remove the lock cylinders from the existing M lock and replace the lock cylinders in the E with the ones I remove from the M. If so, what is involved in that - how is that done? Thank You Robert

The Global Link Ultra E Pro Electronic Lock for Travel Trailer, # 295-000183 has a keyed alike option available at time of order. To have this lock keyed alike to others that needs to be selected for all locks on the order. There is not an option to order new and have keyed alike to other locks already in use on the RV. This option is only available for the specific locks on that order. What you are wanting however can still be obtained but unfortunately by way of going through a local locksmith instead of online.
