12k Rated Equal-i-Zer that Can be Used with 2-1/2 inch Hitch
Question:
I have an ATC toy hauler, no generator, with an empty tongue weight of 900 lbs just measured it. Adding a generator at some point would being me up to 1200 lbs empty. Adding a toy would likely decrease the tongue weight. It has an 8 frame and I need a 2-1/2 shank. I like what Ive read about equalizer, but the 16k model is too much I believe. what do you suggest? Can I get a 12k setup with a 2-1/2 shank? Truck is a gas F250 4x4 CCSB.

We have the 12k rated Equal-i-zer part # EQ37121ET which comes without a shank so that you could add the shank you'd need like the part # EQ90-02-4700 which fits a 2-1/2 inch hitch and has a 3 inch drop or part # EQ90-02-4900 which can do a 6 inch drop.
