Installation of 7-Way and 4-way Connector on 2005 Honda CRV
Question:
I need this part or something similar and everything else to connect to a 2005 CRV. Is wire included with this part or is their another or better choice?

Expert Reply:
To install a 7-way connector on your 2005 Honda CRV you will need a T-One Wiring harness, item # 118336, for your vehicle and a 7 and 4 Way Installation Kit, item # ETBC7 which has all of the wiring and parts needed to wire the 7-way connector.
Once you have the 4-way harness installed you will need to install the 7-way connector and wire the extra circuits needed for the trailer you will be towing. If the trailer has brakes you will also need a brake controller. Any brand of brake controller will work but we recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 proportional brake controller, item # 90885.
