Can The Thule Helium Bike Rack Carry A Bike With 20 Inch Wheels

Do adapters exist to allow this rack to accommodate 20inch tires?

I do have an alternative option available, but there are no adapters currently available to allow for smaller tires on the Thule Helium # TH44VR, unfortunately.
With that being said, the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo Bike Rack # RKY10007-05 will handle wheels from 20" up to 29" and will be a better option. This is also rated to carry bikes that weight up to 60 pounds each and will actually weigh less than the # TH44VR at 38 pounds, so it will be easy to install and store. Like the Thule rack, this will also have locks both for the rack in the hitch and for the bikes.
