I would be more than happy to help you get everything together that you need for the suspension on your gooseneck trailer for your tiny house!

It sounds like you're needing the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - E-Z Lube - 8 on 6-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 95" - 7,000 lbs # 8327834-EB which has a hub face measurement of 95" and a spring center measurement of 80". This means that the frame of your trailer needs to be 80" apart so that your leaf springs will line up with your trailer suspension.

When it comes to the suspension we have a few different options for you. For a traditional setup you can use the 7-Leaf Spring for 8,000-lb Trailer Axles - # e37SR with the Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit # H302 and the Equalizer Kit # AP316.. To replace the nylon bushings with bronze you'll also need 6 of part # D014-077-00.

For an upgrade to the traditional suspension setup we have the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers # RM-2460-2570-3. This comes with all of the hardware and parts that you need, plus it has the shock kit to help give your trailer much more of a smooth ride than a typical suspension system.

If you're only planning on moving the house a few times then I'd go with the standard suspension setup hands-down, but if you think you'll be moving your Tiny House fairly often the added benefits of the Roadmaster kit will help keep any stress down that your trailer would normally experience.

Good luck on your build!

No worries! With that being the case you can use the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - 4" Drop - E-Z Lube # 8327860-EB which has that same 95" hub face measurement but then has a slightly smaller 79-1/4" spring center measurement. So you'll want 79-1/4" frame width spacing as opposed to the 80" spacing that I initially spoke about above. Since the shocks on the Roadmaster Comfort Ride system hang a bit below the trailer axle you will need to go with the standard suspension parts due to lack of ground clearance.
