The tire size 20.5x8-10 will mean you have a 10 inch wheel. The 18.5x8-8 size will mean it will fit an 8 inch wheel, so unfortunately, they will not be compatible with each other.
If your are looking for a replacement tire for your 10 inch wheel, I recommend the Kenda Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire - 205/65-10 - Load Range D # AM1HP54. This will have a capacity of 1,330 pounds at 70 psi and is a very capable tire.
