So I have a 5 pin trailer plug that has to go into a 4 pin and I also need to be able to either plug in my trailer brake to the front of my truck so I can drive it into tight spots

For the rear of your your truck the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter # C57187 will plug into your current 4-way and there is a additional wire that you will tie into your reverse light wiring on your vehicle. This is what will send power to the electronic lock out on your trailer surge brake.

For getting this connection to the front of your vehicle when you use a front mounted hitch I recommend using the Hopkins Endurance 5-Way Flat Trailer Wiring Kit # HM47890 that comes with both the vehicle end and trailer end connectors and some bonded 18 gauge wire to run to the front connector. You can get away with using 4 wires here to operate your lights as well and tie the ground wire into the front of your truck rather than having to run a 5th wire for only the ground connection.
