Will the Curt roof basket fit Mazda 5 2012 and what is the usable inside dimension, you know you can t really use the front inside slopping downward part or you have other recommendation

According to my contact at Curt, the inside dimension of their # C18115 roof basket is 38 inches long by 35-1/2 inches wide. It will fit roof racks whose bars are no more than 3 inches wide and at leased 15 inches apart, measured center-to-center. The basket itself can handle up to 150 lbs, or the capacity of your vehicle roof and roof rack, whichever is less.
