The first thing you will need to get a 7-way on your 2022 Toyota Sienna is to wire a 4-way adapter like the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # TK69FR. There is no plug in play 7-way for your vehicle, you have to first install the 4-way and adapt it in order to make it a 7-way. The T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in the rear cargo area. You will have to remove the plastic threshold cover, side panels, cargo trays, and interior trim panels to access this harness. Once you've plugged in the T-connector you will run the hot lead up to your car battery. Connect the lead to the included fuse holder and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery and insert the provided fuse.
Once you have your 4-way installed you will need a 7-way adapter like the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter - 4-Way to 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat # C57672. You will also want to pick up a Curt No-Drill Bracket for 6-Way or 7-Way Round Trailer Connector Mounting Bracket # C57202 which is going to provide you with the space necessary to mount the bracket that comes with the Curt 7-way adapter. I have included some helpful instruction links and videos to help with the installation of these products.
