In order to add a 7-way trailer connector to a 2022 Hyundai Palisade you will need to start with a 4-way trailer connector, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # CU94FR is what I recommend. This is a simple plug and play harness. Then, you can adapt this to a 7-way using the 4 to 7-Way with 4-Way Adapter part # ETBC7L. This is then designed to be used with a wireless brake controller like the Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller part # C51180 which is what I recommend as you don't have to do any splicing or drill into the dash for install. If you aren't towing every day, then a wireless brake controller is the way to go.
