I have contacted the hitch manufacturer of the Draw-Tite # 24850, and they stated that it is a fit for your 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, as long as it is not a convertible and does not have a dealer installed ground effects package.

Please note that this is rated as a Class I trailer hitch and has a tongue weight limitation of 200 pounds and a gross towing weight limitation of 2000 pounds. It is advised that you check your vehicle owners manual and ensure that your vehicle will be capable of towing and what are the weight limitations.

There are several bike racks that can fit this hitch but it is not recommended to carry more than 2 bikes with a Class I hitch, this places additional weight and leverage on the hitch. This additional weight and leverage placed on the hitch can cause damage to your vehicle, the hitch, any cargo carriers (bike rack) or cargo (bike or bikes) on the carriers.

I have provided a link to the bike racks that are compatible with this hitch.

I have also provided a link to trunk mounted bike racks that will also fit your 2013 Camaro, these might also be an option for you. Please keep in mind that any weight that is carried behind the rear axle is consider tongue weight and that you do not want to exceed the tongue weight capacities of your vehicle. These are also not recommended for use while towing a trailer due to both tongue weight limitations of a Class I hitch as well as decreased clearance at the trailer connection point, and decreased turning radius.
