There are a few steps that need to take place to install and uninstall the 12' Solera Family Room # LC362227. I'm attaching the installation instructions for you to check out. It doesn't look to be difficult, but there are a handful of step so you just need to plan basically.
The room will be okay with a regular-type thunderstorm. I think the only time you'll want to pack it up is when you get severe weather. In this case I would just be sure to keep an eye on the weather and give yourself ample amount of time to get the Family Room put away so that you don't have to rush to do so.
