Yes, your 2014 Toyota Prius can use the Konig snow tire chains you asked about, with the right ones depending on your tire size:

They only require 12mm (just less than 1/2") of clearance, and we have had numerous customers use these on their Prius, as you can see by the cut out I added below of a review.
