In order to install a 7-way adapter wiring kit for the Curt Echo Brake Controller # C51180, you first need to have a 4-way connector. If you do not have a 4-way connector on your 2022 Kia Telluride, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # CU94FR. The T-Connector includes a powered converter that connects directly to your battery in order to avoid overloading your vehicle's electrical system. Once you have a 4-way, you will need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat # ETBC7. Once the 7-way is installed, you will be able to have full functionality on the Curt Echo.
If you need help with the installation of any of these products, I went ahead and attached product videos to this answer.
