Ceiling Hoist to Help Lower 100 lb Canopy onto Truck
Question:
Do both sides of the cam catch or just one? I read the review below and want to make sure the ratchet has an even pull/holdinch and will last a fair amount of years. I want to use the ratchets to raise, store, and lower a 100lb canopy on my small truck. Thank you. Woefully inadequate and slips under load. Only one side of the cam catches the ratchet placing all the strain on one latch pin. Caused my load to shift. I threw them out after first use because I didn’t want my employees to accidentally use them

We have solutions to what you are looking for but the # 317-330600 was not designed to suspend items in the air and then slowly lower like you are wanting. What would be your most ideal solution would be a ceiling hoist like the part # DL10954. You'd need a cable like the part # DL24104 as well.
