Will the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches # 63232 Fit My 2" Reducer

Question:

Hi! I have a 2020 Ram 2500 with the factory 2 1/2inch hitch. I had a 2inch reducer welded into it to receive my 2inch Kuat rack. Will your anti-rattle pin # 63232 work for this application? If not, what do you recommend? Thank you!

The Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - 3-1/2" Span # 63232 could fit on your 2" reducer but it will depend on how the reducer fits onto your 2 1/2" hitch. If the holes for the reducer lines up with the holes from your hitch, the lock will not fit. If the reducer's holes are away from the holes on your hitch it will fit.

If the holes from the hitch and the reducer do line up, you will need the XL Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2-1/2" Hitches - 3-1/2" Span # SHP2040-XL. This lock will fit in the holes of your 2 1/2" inch.
