Yes, there is drilling required when installing the TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade w Quick-Disconnects # TLA7311 on your 2021 Ford F-250 (2-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive). There are some holes required on the leaf springs. I went ahead and attached a video of the drilling process on a 2017 Ford F-250. The drilling walkthrough begins at timestamp 3:29. The kit includes cobalt drill bits that make the drilling process easier.
