E-Bike Rack Recommendation for Bike that Weighs 69 lbs with 4 inch Wide Tires
Question:
the bike weighs 69 lbs. has 20inch wheels with 4inch wide tires. can this carrier be used. would only need one bike transported.

For an e-bike that weighs 69 lbs and has 4 inch wide tires you'd want the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HLY84FR which can fit tires that are up to 5 inches wide and has an 80 lb per bike capacity. The Swagman you mentioned cannot carry a bike that heavy or one with tires that wide.
If you needed a version of this rack that can fit 2 inch and 1-1/4 inch hitches you'd want the part # HLY74FR.
