Disc Brake Kit that Fits Trailer with 10k Dexter Axles Made in 2008

Question:

I want to convert my trailer to hydraulic breaks. It has 10,000lbs dually dexter axles with electric drum brakes made in 2008. Do I need new hubs for this kit to work? Or can I just separate my drums from the hubs and install this kit? K2R1058D11DAC

The Kodiak kit part # K2R1058D11DAC does fit your Dexter 10k axle made in 2008 as this fits Dexter or Lippert 10k axles made prior to 2009. This attaches to the hubs you have already.

When it's time to pick out an electric over hydraulic actuator I would highly recommend the Hydrastar kit part # HS381-9067 as we have found it to be the most reliable kit out there that also reacts very quickly as well.
