The Demco SBS Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # SM99243 will include most of the parts needed, but you will need to add on vehicle wiring to get it working properly.
For this, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 This will include a Flexo-Coil umbilical cable, 6 Round Plug, and all the wiring and diodes needed to get the Demco # SM99243 running properly on your 2004 Honda Element.
