What is the Length Between the Two Bottom Channels of the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero # RRVA137B-2?

Question:

For the vortex aero bar that has overall length 54, what is the length of the solid portion on the underside? That is, measure from the open slot on the right side to the open slot on the left side.

I went ahead and had a teammate pull the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 54" # RRVA137B-2 from our warehouse. The channel-less solid space in-between the bottom channels of the crossbar measures 30-1/2 inches long. If you need to know the total length of the bottom channels themselves, they are 11-1/2 inches long. I went ahead and attached a diagram of this measurement.
