Thanks for that info and there are two options for a bike rack that will work for your Trek ebike that has fenders and a step-through frame and your Specialized road bike. Since the bike has that low frame as well as fenders you'll need a rack that has clamps which adjust along the mast to properly grip the downtube, and you can choose from the following:
- Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack # Y36FR
- Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202
Both of these racks will be able to easily secure both of your bikes with their clamping system, and they also have ramps that make loading up your heavy ebike very easy. The EasyFold XT # TH903202 has a 65 lb per-bike capacity and the OnRamp # Y36FR has a 66 lb per-bike capacity, which you'll want to keep in mind.
The EasyFold has the edge in overall convenience because it folds up and has wheels and a handle, so getting it from storage to your Tacoma is simple. It also installs in you hitch with just the twist of a knob at the front of the rack and comes with locks for the rack and your bikes.
The OnRamp doesn't have those features except for the lock for your bikes, but the trade-off is the OnRamp has a better overall price point. Both options will be exactly what you need to safely haul your bikes and make it so you don't have to lift up a heavy bike. It really just comes down to if you want the most possible convenience (the EasyFold XT) or the better price point (the OnRamp).
