Is Drilling Required To Install Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch On 2006 Ford Mustang?
Question:
Just to confirm the only actual drilling of the vehicle is for the sperate exhaust bracket not the car itself correct

Expert Reply:
That is correct.
To install the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24747 you were looking at on to your 2006 Ford Mustang you will just need to enlarge the hole in the passenger side exhaust hanger. This makes it so that the hanger can be reinstalled after the hitch is in place. There is no drilling required in the actual frame of the vehicle.
I went ahead and included a link to a video of showing the # 24747 being installed on a 2006 Ford Mustang for you to take a look at.
