which wiring harness do I need to install the tekonsha P3 harness on my 2022 Jeep Cherokee with the tow package?

For your 2022 Jeep Cherokee with the factory tow package you will need the Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3014-P.
This will plug into the factory trailer brake controller port located underneath the dash of your Jeep and will plug directly into the back of the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 you are installing. This will take care of all of the wiring requirements for the controller and make it where all you have left to do is just mount the controller.
