The Blazer Complete Relay Wiring Kit with Toggle Switch # MM510 is a universal type applicate, so if you wanted to you can use it on the center console of your boat.
I have added a link below to a video showing the kit being installed, and while it's not on a boat it should give you a good idea of how it works.
