I checked with Thule and can verify the Thule Motion XT XXL Rooftop Cargo Box - 22 cu ft # TH629906 does indeed fit your 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan.

You can leave the cargo box on your Grand Caravan full-time if you like, however it should not go through any type of car wash, you'll want to take it off in those instances.
