Will the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch Work With Reese Sidewinder
Question:
Can I use a BandW Companion hitch with a Reese sidewinder pin box if i lock out the turret on my factory installed puck system on my Ram 3500 short bed. I no longer want to use the wedge system due to hard time hooking and unhooking if not perfectly level and straight.

There are two types of B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitches, OEM like part # BWRVK3600 and Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel like part # BWRVK3500. The OEM style can be used with the Reese Sidewinder but the Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel cannot even if the turret is locked.
