Yes, the No-Drill Mount Kit for Firestone Air Command # F2612 will work with your 2019 Ram 2500, and the Air Command Compressor System w/ Light Duty Compressor # F2610 will actually mount horizontally in the mounting kit.
The No-Drill Mount Kit for Firestone Air Command # F2612 measures at 11" long, 2 7/8" deep, and 3" in height. The carriage bolts have 4 3/4" of threads to work with and the plate bracket behind that goes behind the frame measures at 10 1/2" long and 1" wide.
