Can I Carry My Tandem Bike On A Sea Sucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack
Question:
I don’t want a roof rack on my car except when carrying our tandem bike, which isn’t that often. This looks like a good solution, if other companies’ Yakima or Thule, etc. tandem carrier would be able to be used with this rack. Does this sound plausible?

The SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack - Vacuum Cup Mount - 48" Long - Black, part # 298-SX6000B, is a good choice for someone who does not want an aftermarket roof rack on their vehicle. This SeaSucker Monkey Bar roof rack has a weight limit of 150 lbs. It comes with six vacuum cups, four for the front crossbar and two for the rear and the crossbars are round. That works out perfectly for the Thule Tandem Roof Mounted Bike Rack - Pivoting Design - Fork Mount - for Tandem/Recumbent Bikes, part # TH558P. This tandem roof bike rack works with round and square crossbars.
