I would be happy to help you find which weight distribution hitch would be correct for towing a trailer with the Titan Hitch Box 48" extension # RP45018 and your 2016 Ford F-350, but you will need to determine the total tongue weight of your trailer to do this.
Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your truck. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale such as the etrailer # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.
The Titan extension # RP45018 in the 48" length has a max trailer weight rating of 6000lbs when using weight distribution, and a max tongue weight of 600lbs so a great weight distribution hitch option is the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Hitch # FA92-00-0600 which works with tongue weights between 250-600lbs which is perfect for this extension.
You will just need to make sure your trailer does not exceed any of these ratings or you will not be able to pull it with the above extension.
Lastly the # FA92-00-0600 does not include a hitch ball so you will need either 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286.
I included a few videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
