While we have an option for you, the Bulldog Winch Compressor # BDW41000 is 13 inches long, so even turning it on its side your drawer system isn't deep enough. Instead, for an option that will fit that depth you will need a different portable inflator from Bulldog Winch:
-Bulldog Winch Portable Air Compressor # BDW41004
This compressor measures 6-3/8 inches from front to back, is 4-3/4 inches tall, and measures 8-3/4 inches wide. So as long as your drawer system has the needed width, it will work for you.
