How Is the Rise/Drop for the Flexco Manual Pull-Out Triple Steps Measured
Question:
Where is the referenced measurements taken on each step? Is it take from the top of the step platform to the top of the next step platform? I have a triple step that measure 8inch from the top of the platform to the top of the next step above it for the two lowest steps. Is that what is being labeled as a 9inch on the documentation? Does Flexco still make the one I have? its only 4 years old.

The rise/drop for a set of RV steps like the Flexco Manual Pull-Out Steps for RVs part # SMFP-3200L is measured from the top of one step to the top of the other. These steps in particular have a 9" rise/drop. There is an 8" version of this step available as part # SMFP-3100.
