How can I test my Class C Batteries to determine if the vehicle battery/alternator is charging my house battery when travelling or just running the vehicle engine? It is a 2013 4500 chevy chasis Forest River RV.

I would be happy to walk you through how to check that the house battery in your 2013 Forest River RV built on the 2013 Chev 4500 chassis is being charged.
The most cost effective way is just using a multimeter # PT29ZR set to the volt setting and testing your house battery. A fully charged battery will be 12.6+ volts, and and a battery at 50% will be around 12.06-12.1v. If you have a lead acid house battery you do not want to go below 50% or you can severely shorten the life span of the battery.
Let me know what voltage you find and I would be happy to help troubleshoot if needed.
