Will it work on my 2013 silverado 2500 hd?

As long as the mirror on your 2013 Chevy Silverado has a lip or gap between the glass and mirror housing then you can use the K-source universal towing mirror # KS3891. I have included a link to a video review of this mirror for you.
You also might be interested in a set of custom fit towing mirrors, # KS80900. These mirrors are custom fit for your truck provided your mirrors look like the ones in the video installation I have linked for you. Custom mirrors provide a better fit and less vibration.
