Troubleshooting Sensor Lines Staying Yellow At All Times
Question:
I have video and audio but only the yellow sensor lines, I have checked all my connections and they seem to be good, is there trouble shooting that can be done?

There is not much that you can troubleshoot with the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System # HM50002.
I would recommend to check the sensors and the camera lens for any clear plastic shipping protectors. These could cause the sensor lines to malfunction. Also double check all the wiring connection points to ensure that all the male and female terminals are in place and you do not have any missing.
