The Curt # C16545-16021 Q24 5th wheel hitch you'd looked at is indeed a complete hitch which includes the legs that would attach to the factory pucks in the bed of your 2022 Ram 3500 Long Bed.

You might also want to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, so you won't have to run the trailer connector cable up over the tailgate. You can install an in-bed 7-way using part # C56000.
