The Blue OX # BX1120 fixed arm base plate is a fit for your 2005 Jeep TJ with the double tube bumper. The base plate is compatible with all Blue Ox tow bars, including the Blue Ox Aladdin tow bar you have.
You'll also need safety cables like # RM-643 if you don't already have them, a taillight wiring kit, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter if the height difference between the receiver on the motorhome and the base plates on the Jeep is greater than 3 inches.
For a taillight wiring system, the Roadmaster # RM-155 bulb and socket kit is a good choice. The kit consists of additional bulbs that actually install into the Jeep's taillight housings. This allows the taillight wiring of the Jeep to remain completely independent from that of the motorhome. A braking system like the Blue Ox Patriot would work well for you, but you'll also need the # RM-88400 to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.
I'll link to installation videos for the products I mentioned, as well as to a help article that shows how to determine if a high/low adapter is needed. I'll also link to our selection of high/low adapters in case you need one.
