Trunk Mount Bike Rack Transporting 3 Bikes for 2006 Scion xA Recommendations

Question:

Im considering purchasing this bike rack for my Scion XA. I noticed that there are no review like the other racks. Is this product not popular, or is it just not as nice of a product as the others? I know I WILL buy a bike rack from this company. Ive been really impressed with the video reviews and how tos, and all the fantastic customer reviews of the service. However, I want to get the right rack and am concerned that there are no reviews on a website that seems to get a lot of customers. Youre guidance would be appreciated.

According to the Thule Fit guide the # TH78VR is a fit with 2004 through 2007 Toyota Scions, so it definitely is a fit for your 2006 Scion xA.

As you may know Thule has had a reputation of manufacturing great products that are engineered for daily use. They are also test fitted on a variety of vehicles and stringently tested before being put into production.

The Thule Gateway Pro has recently been redesigned therefore not as many reviews are available of the current production. That is also why we do not have as much customer feedback on this product.

Another Thule product that might be an option for you would be the Thule OutWay 3 # TH56BV. It is also a fit for your 2006 Scion xA. The OutWay line of bike racks are one of our best selling bike racks, and it has great customer reviews.

Please keep in mind that if you plan on carrying any alternative bike frames such as step through, children's or women's bikes, I would recommend using the Thule Bike Adapter Bar # TH982XT. This adapter will provide a horizontal top tube that will allow you to mount the bikes easily and safely, and allowing for increased ground clearance. I have included links to the part mentioned a video for your reference.
