Is fuse bypass needed to flat tow a 2020 Honda Civic? What other parts do I need to flat tow this vehicle?

We can definitely help you tow your 2020 Honda Civic. Unfortunately, your 2020 Honda Civic cannot be flat towed, per your owner's manual. This is still a problem we can solve. Instead of having to purchase a tow bar, base plate, supplemental braking system, and the custom wiring, you can use a tow dolly instead.
I recommend the Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly w/ Disc Brakes - Tilt Bed Frame - 4,800 lbs - Wide Tread, part # DM9713093. This tow dolly has hydraulic brakes, so you will not need to add a brake controller to this setup. It has surge brakes. Whenever the tow vehicle slows the tow dolly pushes against a surge actuator and this triggers the tow dolly's brakes.
