Does 4-Way to 6-Way Adapter A10-6034VP Carry 12 Volt Charge Circuit
Question:
I have a supplemental brake system which requires a towed battery charger. Would this adaptor allow me to attach attach the charger to the 6 adaptor. it only requires the 12 V connection and ground so the included blue brake controller wire would be unused. It seems like this would work, but most conversions in the FAQs show this 4 pole conversion to 6 on the tow vehicle side rather than towed.

The 4 way to 6 way part # A10-6034VP does carry the 12 volt power circuit you'd need to charge a battery. The center pin of the 6-way is the 12 volt circuit and would be carried on the black wire on the other end of the adapter.
