The 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles - 23-1/2" # SP-113275 is rated for 1,000lbs each, and since there are two springs per axle the weight capacity would be 2,000lbs per axle. This would not be sufficient for your 5,500lb trailer so you would want a heavier duty leaf spring.

I see you ordered 4 of these leaf springs which tells me you likely have a tandem 2 axle trailer. This means each leaf spring must be rated for a minimum of 1,375lbs to be sufficient for a 5,500lb trailer. Here are a few leaf springs that meet the weight rating that you need: 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # SP-210275 which measures 27" long, 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # e54SR which measures 25-1/8" long, and 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,300-lb Trailer Axles # SP-072275 which measures 18-5/16" long. You will want to measure from eye to eye to determine which length spring you need.
