I have a solution for you but a custom fit hitch for your 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Hearse is not an option. The Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13701 is a class III hitch that is adjustable to fit vehicle frames from 18 to 51 inches wide. It has a capacity of 5,000 lbs and has a 2 inch receiver. It requires no welding and all hardware to install is included.
