Do I need to purchase anything in addition to the receiver for a Thule bike rack? , 2018 ranger rover sport? Also, already have a ball for jet ski trailer do I only need the wire electric assembly?

As long as the Thule bike rack you have is designed for a 2" receiver there is nothing else you will need to install it in the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13243 you were looking at for your 2018 Land Rover Ranger Rover Sport.

You mentioned also towing a jet ski trailer, so since you have a ball mount already you just need a vehicle wiring harness # 118681 to allow your vehicle to control your trailer lights.
