Recommended Camper Tie-Downs For A 2021 Ford Ranger Supercab 4x4

Question:

I am ordering camper tiedowns for a 2021 Ford Ranger Supercab 4x4 with a factory installed hitch. Is Part TL-34YR-TL-94YR the right part? I wasnt sure what ... without a board or step underneath the truck boxinch means? The truck has a a narrow running board on the cab but it stops before it gets to the box. Just want to make sure I order the right part. Thanks for your advice.
