Yes you can replace the basic cotter pins and ball pins from the Flash Solid Steel Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # FA49-00-5600 with locking pins.
We do have the Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin Lock Set # FA86-00-4200 from Fastway that is specifically made for their Flash ball mount. With this you get two 5/8" locking pins, one for the receiver and one for the adjustable ball mount.
If you would prefer to have 3 locks so that your pins are identical you can order 3 of our stainless steel etrailer Hitch Receiver Locks # e98882 and have them keyed alike so that you do not have to worry about multiple keys. This is great if you have multiple vehicles and multiple ball mounts that you need to lock as you can order several of these keyed alike and not have to worry about finding the right key.
